International Workshop on Curating and Conserving Religious Objects in Museums

 Please note:

1. To facilitate follow-up correspondence, please ensure you fill in the correct contact number and email address when

    you register. When you have finished filling in the form, click “submit” to complete the registration process. Once

    you have registered, you can call to confirm your registration status on: +886-(0)3-8310159.

2. If for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop, in order to make your place available to someone else, please

    cancel your registration by telephone or email by midnight on Sunday, 10 November 2019.

3. An email reminder will be sent three days before the event. Please provide the address of an email account you check


4. If your registration is successful, on the first day of the workshop (Saturday, 16 November), please sign in and collect

    the workshop materials at Jixianting Auditorium, Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum between 9:40 and 10

    am. If you do not complete sign-in and pick up the materials, you will be considered absent and will not have access to

    the materials at a later date.

5. People who are not able to register are still welcome to attend the event. However, workshop materials are limited in

    number and will only be available in the event of cancellation or failure to pick up by registered attendees. We

    apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

6. The workshop will be conducted in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and bilingual translation services will be

    provided throughout the workshop.

7. Lunch will be provided on demand. If you would like a lunchbox, please indicate on your registration form. Lunchboxes

    cost about NT$80 each. Please pay the fee when you sign in.

8. In line with governmental environmental protection policy, attendees are advised to bring their own drinking vessels

    and cutlery.

9. For attendees who have successfully signed in at the workshop, the organizer can help register the civil servants'

    learning hours.
