Lin Yung-chin

Assistant Research Fellow, Department of Registration and Conservation, National Palace Museum, Taiwan


Mr Lin Yung-chin is currently Assistant Research Fellow at the Department of Registration and Conservation of the National Palace Museum. He graduated from the Graduate Institute of Conservation of Cultural Relics at the Tainan National University of the Arts. He has worked in the field of cultural heritage conservation and specializes in the restoration of lacquerware and wooden objects. In addition to conservation work, he has been actively teaching and conducting research into these subjects. He was Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Art History at the Tainan National University of the Arts from 2009 to 2016, and worked at Jing Guan Restoration Studio from 2005 to 2011.
